We provide consultancy, coaching, mentoring, and training in Agile, SAFe, and related frameworks. We may update or modify offerings at any time.

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not interfere with site operation, security, or other users’ access.
• Provide accurate information when contacting us or registering for events/trainings.

If any account or registration is required, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Fees for paid services will be communicated in proposals, order forms, or invoices. Payment terms and refund policies are as stated in those documents or applicable program pages.

All site content, course materials, and trademarks are owned by RADtechcs or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except as permitted by law.

If you provide feedback, testimonials, or materials, you grant RADtechcs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for service delivery and improvement. You remain responsible for content you provide.

We may use or link to third-party services (e.g., video platforms, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party sites, terms, or practices.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other in the course of engagement. Both parties agree to protect such information and use it only for the intended purpose.

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge our privacy practices.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, RADtechcs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the services will not exceed the fees paid to us for the service at issue in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADtechcs and our personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or services, or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
